What if my question is not answered here?

What do I do if my order failed to deliver?
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed, it is returned to the facility.

The facility will hold onto your order for 28 days.
If it's determined that the carrier was not able to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or the order was unclaimed at the date of delivery, an additional cost will be required to re-ship your order.
How do I cancel/change my order?

If your order has already been fulfilled, we are not able to cancel or change your order.
Can I return or exchange my order?

How do I change the address on my order?
If you would like to change the address on your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible via our contact form or email us at info@darkartistryapparel.com.
We are unable to change the address for orders that have already been fulfilled.
If your order fails to be delivered due to the wrong address, it will be sent back to the facility. From there, we can send your order back out to the correct address however, you will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed.
My order has products that are misprinted/damaged/defective - what do I do?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Can I order if I'm outside of Canada?
Currently, we only accept orders within Canada. This may change in the future but for now, any orders outside of Canada will be cancelled and not fulfilled.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Usually, it takes 3 - 7 business days to fulfill an order, after which it's shipped out. Please expect to wait up to two-weeks to receive your order.
Where are orders shipped from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! That being said, the closest facility to our location is based in Toronto and will be shipped from there with Canadian orders.
